5. Service Delivery and Timeline

We strive to deliver your website within the timeframes stated on our site (usually 7–10 business days). Delays caused by incomplete content submission, revisions, or third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers) are not the responsibility of Sitesnaap.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sitesnaap and Bloom Design ME are not liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services
Website downtime caused by hosting providers, software conflicts, or third-party integrations
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
